Membership of Kushinagar dot com Welfare Society is available on certain terms & conditions as     follows:

  • The proposed member must have faith & devotion towards positive growth of Kushinagar & Buddhist circuit in India without any motive of earning profit or getting benefited in some other capacity through this membership.

  • The proposed member must be capable enough to contribute through himself/herself or through other resources for implementation of incoming projects of the society. However, it is not a compulsion and depends upon the sweet will of the proposes member.

  • If the proposed member is interested in making any financial contribution, He/She is requested to kindly collect the receipt of it. 

  • The membership being divided into three categories i.e. General, Executive committee and Patron members shall be decided by the founder members of the society. 

  • Submission of membership form does not pertain to confirmed membership. It is at the sole discretion of the society's governing body to accept or reject any such membership which in their opinion shall not be in the interest of the society.

Rights of Member:

(A) General Members:

  • to receive the audited statement of accounts on annual basis.

  • to enquire about the ongoing & incoming projects of the society.

  • to attend the general body meetings .

  • to display the name of society in black & white on visiting cards, letter heads etc.

(B) Executive Body Members:
In addition to above rights for general members :   
                                                                                                      
1)   to actively participate, discuss, suggest and make decisions  about the various decisions to be taken in the executive body meetings .

(2)   to vote or poll on decisions with varied suggestions and opinions and on which the society is not able to take a fully supported decision.

(3)   To ask, enquire, check or demand copy of account in person or through fax or email.

(4)   To actively engage himself or herself in the various activities of the society.

(5)   To propose necessary changes in the by laws of the society or other rules & regulation.
